This 1959 MGA Roadster is a sold completed project that underwent a full nut-and-bolt restoration to the customers own specification.
The car was stripped to a shell and had the body removed from the chassis. The chassis was blasted and then painted before being fully rebuilt with all new suspension and brakes. The customer requested braking and suspension upgrades including MGB calipers and adjustable telescopic rear shock absorbers. The body was taken back to bare metal before being primed and fully resprayed in Old English White.
The car was fitted up with all new exterior chrome/lights as well as new interior leather seats and wool carpets. The customer also requested a rebuilt MGB 1800cc engine, a 5 speed gearbox, as well as various other upgrades such as alternator, servo assisted brakes, wooden Mota Lita steering wheel, mohair weather gear etc.
