This 1960 Triumph TR3A is a sold completed project that underwent a full nut-and-bolt restoration for a customer. On this project, we restored the customers own vehicle, using the original engine and various parts before obtaining the original UK registration number.
The customer requested an upgraded spec, including Spax shock absorbers, leather seats, tripod headlights and front spot lamps. The restoration process included a bare metal respray, a full chassis rebuild, overhauled engine and gearbox, then various new and overhauled parts fitted in the engine bay and interior. We carried out over 100 miles in test driving before the car was delivered to the customer in Huddersfield.
